Wonderful! I resonate with what you say, Tiffany. A lot!

I was my mother's healthcare advocate for 20 years, and at 6'5", I told them my passcode to talk over the phone when Mom was in the hospital was Big B*tch.

They always laughed out loud, then paid attention when I called. Mom said I was good for their posture when I entered the floor when she was admitted 😜

Actually employing that process sooner probably would have saved me weeks of suffering. It happens to all of us I guess... Oops!
