Wonderful! I resonate with what you say, Tiffany. A lot!
I was my mother's healthcare advocate for 20 years, and at 6'5", I told them my passcode to talk over the phone when Mom was in the hospital was Big B*tch.
They always laughed out loud, then paid attention when I called. Mom said I was good for their posture when I entered the floor when she was admitted 😜
I loved how you put on the analyst hat, wrote down data, and came up with a conclusion! Taking pauses, being mindful and focus - these are gifts for ourselves.
Is that you on voiceover, Tiffany? I hope so 🤗
It is! Mae talked me into it!
So glad! Yay Mae!!
Loved how you repurposed this in X! I still think of it as Twitter. 😁
On X, I'm @biggirlpoker
I followed you there, too
That makes me happy! It was the first time I'd ever tried that! Glad you liked it. I'll find you on X and follow there too!

Omg I just love this story!! Report matters so much 💕
Thought you would get a chuckle, too 💕
Respect of the patient is too often overlooked and discounted. THAT brings out my warrior spirit!

Actually employing that process sooner probably would have saved me weeks of suffering. It happens to all of us I guess... Oops!
Agree & thx for a different perspective on this. I tend to take the masking route to date, admittedly (i.e ibuprofen etc)
Totally get it - especially since getting medical care is such a racket most of the time! Thank you for reading!
